This cat collar is handmade using reinforced cotton and top quality contoured hardware.
Reinforced cotton makes a great collar material because it is soft, light, as well as sturdy. It is also machine washable which all pet owners know is a "must have!". We use breakaway clips on our cat collars for your kitty's safety. If you insist on a non-breakaway collar I can make one custom for you if you contact me. The bell can easily be removed if you prefer.
The large cat collars are: 9"- 15" long and 3/8" wide and the small cat collars are 6.5"- 10" long and 3/8" wide.
This collar comes either a bell or a charm.
We estimate that the large size generally fits all adult cats and the small fits most petite cats and kittens under 10 lbs but we recommend that you measure your cat's neck with a soft tape measure to be sure.
For your pet's safety we recommend that you monitor your pet while using any pet products and discontinue use if you notice any kind of damage to the hardware or the straps.
We accept Paypal, Money Order, or Check. Payment must be received within 14 days or the item goes back into inventory. All taxes are included in the price.
During store-wide sales we do not accept coupon codes. This is so that we can offer an overall larger discount to everyone. The coupons will be reactivated as soon as the sales are over.
We ship USPS unless otherwise noted. Normally packages are shipped the next business day. We do provide tracking on all of our domestic orders over $6.00.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
We are happy to exchange your item if the size is wrong, if something was sent to you incorrectly, if something is broken upon opening the item, or if I simply made a mistake during my production of the item that I missed before shipping.
If you do notice a problem(such as an incorrect item) please report it to me within 7 days of receiving the item. Beyond 7 days of receiving the item, if you haven't contacted me about the problem, I will not replace the incorrect item.
If there is an issue such as a broken or defective item and a replacement is required we can only replace it with the identical style of the original purchase.
Unfortunately we can not replace items that have been chewed or in any other way damaged by your dog or cat. We recommend keeping a watchful eye on dogs or cats who are not used to wearing a collar, harness, or any other new item to be sure that nothing does happen that could damage the item.
We do not send out any products for free to review. You are always welcome to purchase and review an item if you think it's something your readership would enjoy.
For ribbon collars we recommend a hand wash using a gentle soap.
Topical flea treatments are very damaging to the pigments on the collars and the collars should be removed before treatment and until most of the medication has been absorbed.
