Welcome! Our names are Kaysea & Matt. We have been making pet accessories for over 9 years now. We pride myself in creating a durable unique product that your neighbors will surely notice. Our priority is you and your pet's happiness. Wagging tails and happy customers are what motivates us the most.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Money Order, or Check. Payment must be received within 14 days or the item goes back into inventory. All taxes are included in the price.

During store-wide sales we do not accept coupon codes. This is so that we can offer an overall larger discount to everyone. The coupons will be reactivated as soon as the sales are over.

Shipping

We ship USPS unless otherwise noted. Normally packages are shipped the next business day. We do provide tracking on all of our domestic orders over $6.00.

Refunds/Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item if the size is wrong, if something was sent to you incorrectly, if something is broken upon opening the item, or if I simply made a mistake during my production of the item that I missed before shipping.

If you do notice a problem(such as an incorrect item) please report it to me within 7 days of receiving the item. Beyond 7 days of receiving the item, if you haven't contacted me about the problem, I will not replace the incorrect item.

If there is an issue such as a broken or defective item and a replacement is required we can only replace it with the identical style of the original purchase.

Unfortunately we can not replace items that have been chewed or in any other way damaged by your dog or cat. We recommend keeping a watchful eye on dogs or cats who are not used to wearing a collar, harness, or any other new item to be sure that nothing does happen that could damage the item.

Solicitation

We do not send out any products for free to review. You are always welcome to purchase and review an item if you think it's something your readership would enjoy.
