This customizable pet tag is a hand stamped 1.5" stainless steel bone-shaped tag. It includes a split ring for easy collar attachment. The tag is appropriate for medium and large breed dogs. 

Select your choice of font from the drop-down menu (see example image).

The name, phone number, and a paw print will be stamped on the front of the tag. You also have the option of adding a second phone number or a short address (usually just the street and address number) to the tag at no extra cost. This tag cannot be stamped on both sides.

Leave a note when you checkout that includes the information you would like to have stamped on the tag. Typically, only names with eight or fewer characters will fit.
